Suspicious man seen at CCK bicycle lot
To all cyclists,If you are parking your bicycle at the bicycle lot at CCK (beside NTWC), please secure your bicycle firmly.
At around 10.50am 12 oct friday. When I was taking my bicycle, I happen to see a suspicious looking man standing in the middle of the bicycle lot looking around at the bicycles parked there.
He is a tanned 50+ year old 1.75m man. wearing a yellow with thin black stripes shirt with greying hair.
Use secure locks and tie down on parts which are easy to release, especially those bicycles with quick release parts.
